A Mandala is a container, a circle, it is the Sun, the Moon, you. This is a wellbeing practice where we will be using the FatChanceBellyDance Style format as Sacred Dance, Seasonal Yoga and Pranayama to come together to move in space, creating a Mandala.
We will use Asanas and FatChanceBellydance vocabulary to work through our Chakras, from Root- Muladhara, through Sacral – Svadhishthana and Solar Plexus – Manipura to Heart – Anahata. Each week will be dedicated to a Chakra and we will then put them together in
Dancing in the Flow Practice, which is a moving meditation.
